How do I return an item?
Enclosed in your package you will find a form that will give you all the information you need. We offer free returns and exchanges within Sweden. In other countries the return cost will be at your expense. You can return a product within 14 days as long as it is unused and undamaged.

How will the package be delivered to me?
Orders within Sweden will be delivered by DB Schenker to you closest delivery point.

Orders outside of Sweden will be delivered by UPS. There will be up to three delivery attempts if you are not available on the first delivery day.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order you have to contact us. Preferable by e-mail. We can cancel the order as long as it hasn't left the warehouse. If your order has been shipped you will have to return it yourself.

No, you do not have to be a member to shop online. However, If you want to shop from our post collections, you have to be a member.

As a member of Hunkydory Online Store you will always get the latest info first, you will receive special offers from time to time. We will run campaigns that will apply only for members. As a member you will also get your own page where you can see all your orders.
